If you socket it on a 0.3 sec weapon, that's a +900 DPS from that alone. Fire Dragon scale = +233 to fire damage on weapon. Reiner's Gear : some of these items are OP.

Item Affix Expansion : I think (from memory, can't recall exactly) some of the affixes added were quite OP It also changes attributes to items in a way that is not really explained in the mod. Daylight Robbery : too much items on screen in some areas. Wand Homing Projectile : in some cases it can screw you (if you want to hit a summoner for instance at distance, you won't be able to because the projectiles will keep hitting his minions)
